Qualified Residential Property Lawyer - Remote / Hybrid

Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid (Northwich)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus Structure

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Qualified Residential Property Lawyer to join a successful and growing residential property team in a fully remote or hybrid capacity.

This role is ideal for a solicitor or conveyancer who genuinely enjoys residential property work, takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience and wants to be part of a team that values quality, professionalism and strong client relationships.

You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a varied range of residential conveyancing matters while working within a supportive and high-performing environment.

The role will involve:
  • Managing a varied caseload of traditional residential conveyancing matters
  • Handling files from initial instruction through to completion
  • Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the conveyancing process
  • Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with internal procedures and service standards
  • Meeting individual and team financial targets
  • Managing file finances, billing and cash recovery in line with agreed processes
  • Maintaining accurate client and matter information using case management systems
  • Ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to the continued success and growth of the residential property department
  • Supporting continuous professional development and best practice within the team
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Qualified Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
  • Strong experience handling a traditional residential conveyancing caseload
  • A genuine passion for residential property and delivering a high-quality service
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • A commercially aware approach with experience working towards targets
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach and commitment to doing things properly
