I'm currently working with a well-established national conveyancing practice seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a fully remote position. In this role, you'll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership matters.

You'll take responsibility for residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, working independently while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative remote team. To be considered, you should have demonstrable experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently, along with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. Experience mentoring junior team members and familiarity with Visualfiles or Practice Manager systems would be advantageous, though not essential.
