Remote Commissioning Lead - Health & Social Care

Baltimore Consulting is seeking a Commissioning Manager for a high-impact, remote role within the health and social care transformation space. You will lead commissioning and transformation across adult community services, manage budgets and performance, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver system-wide improvements.

The role requires strong project and programme delivery skills, experience with Better Care Fund (desirable), and the ability to navigate politically sensitive environments.
