Remote Clerk of Works - Site Quality & Inspection Lead

Hunter Dunning Limited is seeking a Clerk of Works for a remote role covering residential and commercial projects in Manchester. The position requires monitoring workmanship, materials and progress from foundations to final snagging, with regular travel to sites and acting as the main client contact for quality matters.

Ideal candidates will have Clerk of Works or site inspection experience, strong residential new-build inspection experience, and knowledge of construction materials and methods.
