Remote Claims Handler - Insurance & Customer Care

Sedgwick Ireland is seeking a Claims Handler in Dublin to join a dedicated claims team. You'll manage a portfolio from first notification through settlement, delivering an outstanding customer experience with empathy and professionalism.

You will assess information, advise on policy cover, communicate with customers and insurer representatives, and ensure claims progress to a timely resolution while meeting SLAs and quality standards. Training and development are encouraged.
