We're Hiring: Remote Chat Support Agents (Dutch) - Join ASTZ Group

Are you fluent in Dutch and looking for a flexible remote opportunity with shift pay, commissions, and real benefits?

ASTZ Group, an international digital marketing agency managing professional creators' accounts, is expanding its team of Dutch-speaking Chat Support Agents.

This is a fully remote and text-based freelance role. You'll engage in written conversations to build audience interaction for creators on subscription-based platforms. No video or calls required - your work is 100% anonymous.

Position Details

• Role: Remote Chat Support Agent (Dutch)

• Location: Remote - Work from anywhere

• Start Date: Immediate

• Type: Freelance / Part-time, with potential to grow

• Schedule: 6-hour shifts available 24/7 (CET time zone)

• Shift blocks: 12PM-6PM / 6PM-12AM / 12AM-6AM / 6AM-12PM

Compensation & Commission Structure

• Base Pay: 6-hour shift

• Commission (based on weekly performance):

• Week 1: 10% of your sales (max 2 shifts)

• Week 2: 15% of your sales (max 3 shifts)

• From Week 3: 20% of your sales (unlimited shifts)

• Monthly Benefits:

• Up to $30/month internet reimbursement

• Up to $30/month gym membership reimbursement

Requirements

• Fluent in written Dutch - this is essential

• Basic English skills for internal communication (your recruiter speaks English)

• Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail

• Must be 18+ years old

• Reliable internet connection

• High sense of responsibility and discretion

Additional Notes

• No calls, no video - this is a text-only, anonymous role

• You won't need to use your real identity or share personal images

• A short training and evaluation (in Dutch) will be required before onboarding

• First 2 weeks are considered a probation period (limited shifts)
