Remote Change Management Lead, Martech Adoption

Bluprintx is seeking a Change Management Lead to ensure martech and data platforms are adopted and used to drive results for enterprise clients. You will lead change across multi-year programmes, guiding marketing teams through Braze, Salesforce, and data platform transitions, inside the delivery team with strategists and project managers.

Fluent English, 6+ years in change management, and a track record in large transformations are required.
