Remote Block Manager - Residential Portfolio Lead

Block Recruit in the United Kingdom is seeking a Home Based Block Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential leasehold blocks across the North-West. The role is fully remote with occasional site visits, overseeing maintenance, compliance, and client relations for around 25-28 blocks and 700 units in Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield and beyond.

The successful candidate will have ATPI qualification with The Property Institute, strong leasehold knowledge, HRB experience, and a full clean
