Remote B2B Logistics Growth Manager Uncapped Earnings

InXpress Southampton is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our UK client base on a self-employed basis. This is a remote, full-cycle sales role with a guaranteed monthly retainer and uncapped commission, supported by an operations team handling quoting, onboarding and account care.

You will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and own the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
