Job Description

Medidata is seeking a seasoned AWS WorkSpaces Engineer to architect and administer our cloud desktop infrastructure. You will manage end-to-end lifecycle, image management, and high-level escalation support to deliver a seamless, cost-efficient virtual desktop experience globally.

Reporting to the Director of Cloud Infrastructure, you will provide Tier 1-3 end-user support while shaping scalable AWS solutions, Day 1 and Day 2 onboarding, and optimization for employees worldwide.
