Remote Audience Growth Strategist

Ulster Orchestra is seeking an Audience Development Consultant to create and implement strategies for audience engagement and retention. This fully remote role requires expertise in audience development within the arts and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will work on an audience development strategy and action plan over a four-month contract, starting in May 2026 and ending in August 2026. Proposals must be submitted by 30th April 2026.
