Speechify, a fully remote and globally distributed company, is seeking an Android Team Lead to own core product work and drive how the team delivers features end-to-end. You will code, review, and own the implementation of key features, while guiding the team toward reliable, scalable solutions.

You will lead with strong Kotlin expertise, manage long-running background tasks, and collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering to push Android UI/UX beyond the spec.
