Remote: AI Support Task Designer & Rubric Architect

Alignerr is seeking a Task Author for the Customer Support / Success role to design end-to-end support triage tasks, including ticket reading, account checks, runbook lookups, and fix-vs-escalate decisions.

The position is a fully remote hourly contract open to experienced support engineers and customer success professionals across the UK, offering flexible hours (10-40 per week) and the opportunity to shape AI evaluation work.
