Remote Advanced Clinical Practitioner: Urgent Care Triage

Practice Plus Group is recruiting an Advanced Clinical Practitioner within the new Clinical Resilience Team, delivering enhanced clinical assessment and decision-making for patients accessing urgent care services via telephone, video and online consultations.

You'll work within the Clinical Assessment Service alongside NHS 111 and Out of Hours teams, providing safe onward management plans and autonomous practice within your scope.
