Job Description

EBRO SUV is looking for a proactive and market-savy Remarketing Specialist to join our Fleet department. In this key role, you will contribute to optimizing the residual value of our vehicles and driving the success of EBRO's used vehicle strategy.


As the Remarketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:


Managing the vehicle remarketing process:


  • Define the whole return process (Vehicle camps, Repair process, Costs )
  • Define Used Car Pricing estimation and profit.
  • Work closely with Leasing Companies to advise / Promote Ebro range Residual Value
  • Define the Residual Value for RACS deals.
  • Define and execute strategies to maximize resale value through appropriate channels (B2B, auctions, direct sales, etc.).


Developing remarketing channels and partnerships:


  • Establish and nurture relationships with used vehicle buyers, dealerships, and auction houses.
  • Identify and develop new remarketing opportunities to enhance channel performance and profitability.


Analyzing remarketing performance:


  • Track KPIs related to residual value, pricing, profit, time-to-sale, and channel efficiency.
  • Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and competitors analysis.


Supporting cross-functional coordination:


  • Work closely with the Fleet Sales and After-Sales departments to align remarketing strategies with overall fleet lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to provide feedback on market demand and resale potential.


Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in the automotive sector, especially in used car remarketing, fleet management, or vehicle sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and remarketing tools or platforms.
  • Fluency in Spanish; English is a strong plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
