Relief Shop Manager (6-Month Cover) - Lead & Support Stores

Big C is seeking a Relief Shop Manager for a six-month fixed-term contract to support our retail team in and around East Anglia. The role covers shop manager absence, supervision of staff and volunteers, and maximising donated items in the shops.

The position is 35 hours per week (5 days), including weekends and bank holidays as required, with travel across our region including Norwich and surrounding towns. Mileage is paid under HMRC guidelines.
