    Location: Shooting Stars Nursery, Worcester, WR1 3JR
    Salary: up to £12.71 per hour
    Contract Type: Relief / Flexible Hours
    Hours: Between 7:30am-6:00pm All year round Closed on bank holidays

What We're Looking For
  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
  • Solid understanding of the EYFS and experience supporting children's development
  • Confident working flexibly across different rooms, age groups, and teams
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Warm, caring, and professional communication skills
  • A genuine commitment to high quality, inclusive childcare
Your Role
  • Support our team in delivering engaging, age appropriate activities
  • Step into different rooms as required, ensuring continuity of care
  • Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, colleagues, and families
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
  • Contribute to observations, planning, and record keeping
  • Uphold our safeguarding procedures, EYFS requirements, and health & safety standards
