Relief Cleaning Operator
Location: Diageo Shieldhall, 500 Renfrew Road, Glasgow, G51 4SA
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 25 hours per week
Working Pattern: Dayshift / Backshift / Weekend between 7:00am - 8:30pm (Monday to Sunday)
Contract Type: Fixed Term - Part Time
As a Relief Cleaning Operator at Sodexo, based at our Diageo Shieldhall site in Glasgow, you'll play an important role in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment. This role supports the site by providing cover during holidays and sickness, helping to reduce overtime and agency reliance while ensuring cleaning standards remain consistently high.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across designated areas of the site, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met at all times. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, flexible, and takes pride in maintaining excellent standards.
What you'll do- Carry out cleaning duties across various site areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site-specific requirements
- Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly
- Support the team by providing flexible cover across different shifts as required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the site
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the relevant supervisor
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts including weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full driving licence required
- Must be 18 or over
