For one of our client, we are looking for a reliability engineer in the industry field
Your responsibilities:
In the frame of the development of a new Asset Management organization at corporate level, we are looking for an Asset & Reliability Engineer to support the implementation of reliability and asset management best practices on its production sites.
Reporting directly to the Asset Portfolio & Reliability Manager, the Asset & Reliability Engineer
will be responsible for the following activities :
Asset Management :
- Feed the long-term asset plan with the necessary information to allow appropriate technical health evaluation,
- Develop and implement asset technical health evaluation techniques through preventive maintenance inspection plans
- Develop models for asset remaining lifetime estimation.
Reliability Engineering :
- Perform criticality analysis to focus on critical improvement areas,
- Conduct Pareto analysis to identify top performance killers,
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis on major technical failures,
- Determine reliability improvement actions in collaboration with technical services, ensure their implementation and check their effectiveness,
- Optimize the preventive Maintenance plans by checking inspection results against asset failures occurrences,
- Translate improvement actions into effective job instructions, task lists and implement them into SAP
Your profile :
• Engineering degree at BSc/MSc level with specialization in reliability engineering and/or maintenance management,
• You have minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience in reliability engineering,
• You have knowledge in the AMDEC methodology
• You have an experience with CMMS, preferably SAP,
• You are fluent in French and English and Dutch is a plus,
• You are autonomous,
• You are a team player and you have good communication skills,
• You have a facility for collaboration in a multi-team organization.
