We're currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Relationship Director.
Within Large Corporate, we manage complex, globally focused clients with turnovers typically exceeding £350m. Our clients rely on our international reach, and the Relationship Team's expertise to address their sophisticated business needs with tailored solutions, while ensuring fair and responsible customer treatment.

In this role you'll:- Maximise profitability by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Build and manage holistic client relationships, with accountability for business development, service, risk, and operational delivery
- Place customer needs at the centre of all activities, upholding world class standards and ensuring fair treatment
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships
- Manage regulatory and reputational risk throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring compliance and effective risk mitigation
- Optimise resource management to enhance the quality and frequency of client engagements
- Significant experience in Corporate Banking - with wide product knowledge as well as Debt Capital Markets experience
- Experience in building and managing complex client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to identify and meet customer needs
- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and driving service improvements
- Strong understanding of risk management, including financial analysis, credit, and lending
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
Based at our Birmingham office, you'll be primarily serving clients in the Midlands and should be within easy commuting distance and prepared for a blend of office, remote, and client facing work.
