- Join a market-leading Regulatory team undertaking advocacy on behalf of professional regulators across a broad range of fitness to practise and disciplinary proceedings.
- Manage your own caseload of contested and uncontested hearings, appearing before regulatory tribunals and courts while providing strategic and commercially focused regulatory advice.
- Prepare hearing documentation, advise on regulatory investigations, and support clients on a wide range of professional discipline and regulatory matters.
- Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitor Advocates or Barristers with a minimum of 3 years' advocacy experience gained within a regulatory, disciplinary or fitness to practise environment.
- Experience in healthcare regulation, professional discipline or tribunal advocacy would be advantageous, although candidates from wider regulatory backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- You will possess excellent advocacy, communication, and analytical skills, together with sound legal judgement, strong client care abilities, and the confidence to manage your own caseload.
