REGULATORY SOLICITOR (ADVOCATE), 3+ YEARS' ADVOCACY EXPERIENCE, LONDON, £70,000 - £80,000 DOE - Join a nationally recognised regulatory team with an outstanding reputation for advising professional regulators across the healthcare, legal, education and professional services sectors. • Join a market-leading Regulatory team undertaking advocacy on behalf of professional regulators across a broad range of fitness to practise and disciplinary proceedings.
• Manage your own caseload of contested and uncontested hearings, appearing before regulatory tribunals and courts while providing strategic and commercially focused regulatory advice.
• Prepare hearing documentation, advise on regulatory investigations, and support clients on a wide range of professional discipline and regulatory matters.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitor Advocates or Barristers with a minimum of 3 years' advocacy experience gained within a regulatory, disciplinary or fitness to practise environment.
• Experience in healthcare regulation, professional discipline or tribunal advocacy would be advantageous, although candidates from wider regulatory backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• You will possess excellent advocacy, communication, and analytical skills, together with sound legal judgement, strong client care abilities, and the confidence to manage your own caseload.
