Job Description

The Regulatory Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on a variety of regulatory matters, including health & safety, environmental law, and white collar crime.
• Providing non-contentious advice, such as inquests and incident response.
• Working with both public and private sector clients, including NHS trusts, manufacturers, and transport companies.
• Attending court and client meetings, requiring occasional travel across the UK.
• Collaborating with a national team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to clients.
• Supporting on business develop and marketing

The Successful Applicant

The Regulatory Solicitor should be / have

• A solicitor with 2 - 8 years PQE in regulatory law.
• Experienced in health & safety, white collar crime, or environmental law.
• Comfortable providing both contentious and non-contentious legal advice.
• Capable of managing a caseload and working as part of a national team.
• Willing to travel for court and client meetings as required.
• Ties to Leeds
