Regulatory Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple regulatory change projects in a post-DORA context.
• Navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure accurate interpretation and application of requirements.
• Oversee the Register of Information project, ensuring it aligns with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Act as the go-to person for programme clean-up, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders up to the executive level, providing clear updates and detailed insights.
• Proactively seek information across teams and business units to ensure effective project execution.
• Translate regulatory expectations into actionable plans and drive delivery with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Regulatory or Compliance Project Manager within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks - ideally DORA or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• A progressive, driven personality - someone who dives into the work and takes ownership.
• Demonstrated experience operating with autonomy and clarity in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, especially at the executive/C-suite level.
