Regulatory Lead - Markets & Digital Assets

HSBC is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel in the UK to protect the bank's reputation and provide expert advice to senior management and Global Businesses. This role sits in Global Legal and offers broad influence, with a robust risk framework and a global legal network for jurisdictional expertise.

You will act as the lead regulatory lawyer for MSS, advising on UK/EU regulation, and supporting the bank's Tokenisation, Digital Assets and Currencies strategy with practical guidance.
