Job Description
Registered Service Manager - Autism & ADHD Community Assessment Service

Job type: Full time. Profession: Leadership and Management. Location: Coventry and Warwickshire (West Midlands). Hybrid working, preferably based in the Midlands; some travel required within the region.

We are seeking a clinically registered Service Manager to lead and develop our rapidly growing Autism and ADHD assessment and intervention service. The role covers online delivery and occasional community visits, including travel to Northampton for team meetings.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and grow the neurodevelopmental service and its multidisciplinary team (MDT).
  • Coordinate day to day operations, rota planning, and on call schedules.
  • Oversee financial performance and secure ongoing development and growth.
  • Manage a clinical caseload and support team members as a practitioner.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and commissioners.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Lead for Neurodevelopmental services.

Qualifications and experience

  • Clinically registered (HCPC, NMC, or equivalent). Allied Health Professional or Nursing background.
  • Extensive experience within ASD/ADHD/neurodevelopmental services; leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience in assessment tools such as ADOS, ADiR, DIVA (not essential if leadership proven).
  • Strong operational and financial management skills.
  • Full driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Midlands.
