Job responsibilities- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a nurse-led environment.
- Utilise clinical expertise to support residents and families, building lasting connections.
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues; act as a practice supervisor and assessor to students where appropriate.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, model professional behaviors, and safeguard residents by recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect and reporting concerns as required.
- Attend safeguarding training and undertake additional training related to the role.

Qualifications & Experience- Degree and NMC pin.
- Evidence of registration with the NMC and eligibility to practice in the UK.
- Ability to demonstrate safeguarding awareness and commitment to resident safety.
- Excellent communication skills and a person-centred approach to care.
