Job responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a nurse-led environment.
  • Utilise clinical expertise to support residents and families, building lasting connections.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues; act as a practice supervisor and assessor to students where appropriate.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, model professional behaviors, and safeguard residents by recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect and reporting concerns as required.
  • Attend safeguarding training and undertake additional training related to the role.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree and NMC pin.
  • Evidence of registration with the NMC and eligibility to practice in the UK.
Additional Criteria
  • Ability to demonstrate safeguarding awareness and commitment to resident safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and a person-centred approach to care.
