Band 5 Mental Health Nurse

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Addiction Recovery Team across North Lanarkshire. The team is based across 6 sites. It is multi-disciplinary, including social workers, social care workers, psychiatry, nursing, and occupational therapy.

ART works directly with adults and their families/carers who have addiction issues and complex needs.

The service will undertake a whole systems review to ensure continuous evolution aligned with Scottish Government aspirations. Meeting MAT standards is a key priority, and you will play an integral role in achieving these standards.

The service offers innovative community-based treatments, including intensive, time-limited interventions when necessary.

The team also supports partner agencies, collaborating with justice, adult services, and children and families. You will receive regular supervision, participate in multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), and engage in joint working.

The team is involved in significant service development, providing opportunities for your contribution and professional growth.

This is an exciting time to join the Addiction Recovery Team amidst ongoing developments across Scotland.
