At MSI UK, our success rests on our dedicated team and client-focused approach. As a leading provider of sexual and reproductive healthcare, we aim to empower clients' reproductive choices for a more equal world for everyone. Through personalised care, we prioritise our clients' needs and experiences every step of the way.

Location: Oxford, OX3 8RZ
Contract Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours. No evening, night shifts or bank holidays. Up to two Saturdays per month required.
Salary: £36,689.03 - £41,275.16 (dependant on experience)

At MSI Reproductive Choices UK, we put clients, choice, and compassionate care at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an experienced Registered Midwife to join our clinical team and help deliver outstanding abortion and contraception care, including vasectomy services, in line with our philosophy of minimal intervention and maximum respect for reproductive rights.

Reporting to the Clinical Services Matron / Clinical Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, client-centred care within a fast-paced, supportive, multidisciplinary environment. This is a hands on role where no two days are the same, and where your clinical judgement, empathy, and professionalism truly make a difference. You'll be encouraged and empowered to continually develop your skills, with clear opportunities to grow both clinically and professionally.

You'll be a Registered Midwife with post registration experience (desirable Sexual Health and/or LARC exposure), confident working in a fast paced, client centred setting and able to travel to Chesham and Reading. This role is suited to clinicians ready to build on their existing skills and we will not be taking applications for newly qualified Nurses/Midwives. You'll benefit from a structured progression pathway, scan training, and the opportunity to travel to other MSI UK centres to train and develop.

We offer a supportive, values driven environment where your contribution is recognised and rewarded:

Financial & Rewards: Aviva pension (up to 5% employer contribution), Blue Light Card discounts (4,000+ perks), Cycle to Work scheme, season ticket loan, and long service recognition rewards.

Wellbeing & Work-Life Balance: Opportunity to buy and sell annual leave, 24/7 GP access and EAP via Westfield Health, an extra day off for your birthday, accredited Mental Health First Aiders, family friendly policies and a national employee recognition programme.

Learning & Career Development: Clear career pathways, paid training and development, accredited apprenticeships, and learning agreements to support your professional growth.

We're proud to be a disability confident level two equal opportunities employer and give equal consideration to all qualified applicants without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity / expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age.
MSI UK is committed to safeguarding: promoting the welfare and safety of everyone involved in the delivery or receipt of sexual and reproductive health services, especially children, young people and vulnerable adults.
We pride ourselves on having a Just and Learning Culture and recognise that successes or mistakes are the product of many factors and our learning focuses on changing systems and processes to make it easier for people to do their jobs safely.

  • This role is not eligible for sponsorship and successful applicants must have the right to work in the UK from day one of employment.
