We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care service in Southampton. This is a hands on leadership role suited to a seasoned care professional with a strong background in domiciliary care management and CQC compliance.

The Role

• Take full operational responsibility for the domiciliary care service
• Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained
• Lead, manage, and develop the care and office teams
• Oversee care planning, rotas, documentation, and service performance
• Build and maintain relationships with service users, families, and professionals

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience within domiciliary care - preferred
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
