Regional Talent Development & Leadership Specialist

Cameo Consultancy is seeking a Talent & Development Specialist to influence talent strategies across Northern Europe. This full-time position, based in Banbury, offers a hybrid work model and requires some travel to Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden.

You will partner with leaders to develop programs that enhance leadership and engagement while driving strategies for long-term business performance. Candidates should have a degree in HR or Business and at least 5 years of HR experience, particularly in Learning & Development.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 with excellent benefits.
