About the Role:

As aRegional Support Deputy Manager, you'll be based across our nurseries in the East Midlands - stepping in to support teams when Deputy Managers are on leave, assisting with operational needs during busy times, or helping implement improvements across settings.

You'll work closely with the Nursery Managers to maintain our high standards of care, education, and safeguarding - ensuring that every child receives the outstanding early years experience that St. George's is known for.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Supporting day-to-day operations of the nursery in the absence of the setting's deputy or senior team.
  • Leading and inspiring teams across multiple settings to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Ensuring that all policies, procedures, and EYFS standards are followed consistently.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Assisting with audits, staff development, and improvement initiatives across the group.
  • Adapting quickly to new teams and environments while maintaining a strong leadership presence.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experienced Deputy Manager or confident Room Leader ready to step up.
  • Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in different nurseries across the region.
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 desirable).
  • Excellent understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and early years best practices.
  • A team player with great communication and leadership skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel required across our East Midlands locations).
