- Networking On & Offline - Increase visibility for CHARP within and outside your network, both in the real world and online.
- Sales Evolution - Achieve KPIs, surpass commercial targets, and closely monitor regional performance in the CRM, in line with company objectives.
- Market Insights & Innovation - Provide sales-driven regional and customer feedback for market insights to support R&D and product innovation strategies.
- Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch and any other language are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, and business administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or communications, preferably within the cultural, technological, or public sectors.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-driven.
- Excellent networking and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a creative hybrid/remote team environment.
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and public tenders is a strong advantage.
