Regional Sales Manager - Service Station Division

What you will achieve:Specialized advice and support for Migrol partners in all areas (business management, technical, safety) in the fields of Car Wash, AutoService, and private shop. Guarantee and management of contractual obligations. Interface function between Migrol and various partners and maintenance and replacement investments with our partners. Establishment of budgets and investments per site. Responsibility for the goals and economic success of market sites, surveys, and feedback on potential sites for network development. Marketing and promotional measures related to the sites. Assume the superior function in the businesses managed by Migrol and directly manage and support the operators, taking responsibility for the site. Prepare and conduct interviews for the functions of performance agreements and objectives in the own businesses.What you bring:Education: Higher vocational school sales manager, field service (similar function). Professional experience: Several years as a professional sales manager, field service (similar function). Competent, convincing, and honest, team-oriented. Ability to impose oneself and negotiate with clients and partners. Proactive, enterprising, and aware of responsibilities. Flair for correctly setting priorities. Good Office skills and basic knowledge of SAP are a plus. Willingness to travel in the field service region (approx. 80%) and driving license B. The private living environment must allow for the possibility to work from home autonomously (1-2 days).
