Job Description
Prepare all weekly, monthly, quarterly forecasts and budgets using appropriate systems and tools Use specialist knowledge of the hotels and markets to produce and maintain hotel forecasts using prescribed tools Prepare Annual Region Operating Plan revenue proposals Perform OneYield forecast validation process on a regular basis to identify changes in trends and opportunities to enhance OneYield forecasts Maintain OneYield interface where automated rate shopping is configured to ensure the yield system is configured for pricing adjustments appropriately. Proactively identify peak nights and peak periods to set KPI targets and action plans Identify demand troughs and lead an action plan Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all new Revenue Managers, providing on the job observations and coaching to ensure consistent training across the team Conducts observations of Revenue team members and delivers timely feedback to develop their skills and abilities Provides input to enhance and develop tools for better and more efficient analysis Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, economics, or finance; or equivalent training, education, and experience. Master's degree preferred. Minimum ten (10) years of related experience in a quantitative, strategic, or consulting role with progressive supervisory and/or project management experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations. Proficiency in revenue management software and tools, such as revenue management systems (OneYield is a plus) and property management systems (Opera). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making; prior marketing experience preferred. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, evolving industry landscape.
