Regional Recruitment Advisor Hybrid Role & Impact

NHS Scotland Recruitment Services is seeking a Recruitment Advisor in the East Region to carry out day-to-day recruitment activities and provide expert recruitment advice to service users. The role supports the Regional Recruitment Team Lead and helps establish processes across ERRS.

Based in Edinburgh, Livingston, Glenrothes or Melrose with hybrid or office-based arrangements. Strong admin, organisational and MS Office skills are essential for success in this varied, customer-facing position.
