Regional People Partner - Multi-Site HR Leader

Linnaeus Veterinary Limited is seeking a Senior Area People Partner to lead people strategy across London and the South East. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site travel and 2 days remote, supporting multi-site operations and executive teams.

You will partner with hospital leadership, coach managers, manage employee relations, and drive workforce planning, change initiatives, and inclusion across the network.
