Regional People Partner
Salary: £50,000 - £54,000
Contract: 12-month contract
Location: Home-based, with regular travel across Norwich, Ipswich and the wider East of England region. Travel to these locations will be required 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days worked from home.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional People Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across a designated client group. You will lead on employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and people initiatives, partnering with leaders to deliver effective people solutions and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR partnering and advice to managers and leaders.
- Lead complex employee relations casework.
- Support organisational change, restructures and TUPE projects.
- Deliver workforce planning and people initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practice.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
About You

CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.

Exposure to public sector, education or care industries
- Strong generalist HR background.
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
