Regional Operations & Training Specialist - Kent

GSF Car Parts is seeking a Training Coordinator to deliver process training to frontline branch staff during induction and ongoing development across the Kent region. You will support the branch network in achieving PARC targets on compliance and shrinkage and resolve key operational issues.

The role requires practical knowledge of branch processes, strong IT skills (Excel) and the ability to motivate teams with clear, hands-on training. A driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.
