Regional New Entrant & Apprenticeship Growth Lead

CITB is seeking an experienced leader to drive growth in New Entrant Training and Apprenticeships across the United Kingdom. You will manage a team to expand training opportunities and strengthen regional training infrastructure.

You will lead initiatives to connect employer demand with available apprenticeship and training provision while providing expert guidance on relevant matters. The role emphasizes collaboration and stakeholder engagement while championing CITB values.
