The Regional Legal Counsel will advise senior management on legal and compliance risks across its business units, and lead strategic legal projects. Specifically, the Counsel will lead in the contract review for partnership level and other key accounts and handle legal related workstream in Ninja Van's fundraising and borrowing financing activities.

Job Responsibility
  • Contract Review:
    Advising, negotiating and managing contracts with partnership shippers and other key accounts
  • Fundraising & Financing:
    Leading and handling the legal related workstream in fundraising and financing.
  • Driving Compliance:
    Managing and implementing key compliance policies, including data protection
  • Corporate:
    Managing corporate legal structure and ensuring compliance with corporate secretarial requirements
  • Contract Policy:
    Managing contracting processes across NV Group and the NV Group Contracting Policy
  • Dispute Resolution:
    Advising and managing material disputes
Job Requirement
  • 8 years or more post qualification experience
  • 3 years or more experience drafting, negotiating and managing complex multi country/regional services agreements
  • Designed and implemented legal policies
  • Risks identification and prioritisation
  • Negotiation and advocacy
  • Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor from a reputable university in Singapore, England, Australia, Hong Kong or a major common law jurisdiction; and Admission to the Singapore Bar is preferred.
