Regional Lead, Remote SME Relationship Management

Allica Bank is seeking a Regional Lead to drive the Direct Relationship Management region, leading Relationship Managers and Hunters to deliver against regional OKRs and the commercial plan.

You will coach teams, shape local go-to-market strategy, manage risk and collaborate with senior stakeholders to grow the D2C channel while delivering excellent service to established SMEs region-wide.
