Following our growing involvement in infrastructure projects in Ireland, TSA Riley Infrastructure is expanding its presence in the Irish market. We are looking for an experienced infrastructure leader to build on our existing project activity, develop new opportunities and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Irish business.
About the Role:As Regional Lead for Ireland, you will take ownership of TSA Riley Infrastructure's growth and development across the Irish market.
You will combine strategic leadership, client management, business development and technical expertise, working closely with our wider leadership team to establish our reputation and market presence in Ireland.
Initially, the role will focus heavily on building relationships, identifying opportunities and winning work, alongside developing the foundations of our Irish team and office.
Regional Leadership- Lead the establishment and growth of TSA Riley Infrastructure's Ireland business.
- Develop and implement the regional business strategy in alignment with the wider TSA Riley Infrastructure growth plan.
- Establish a strong market presence and reputation across the Irish infrastructure sector.
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing team as the Ireland business expands.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the UK and wider TSA Riley Group to leverage expertise, capabilities and client relationships.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key infrastructure clients, contractors and industry stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and identifying opportunities for TSA Riley Infrastructure to add value.
- Build long-term strategic relationships across the rail, transport, water and energy sectors.
- Represent TSA Riley Infrastructure at industry events and through relevant professional networks.
- Take ownership of business development and work-winning activities across Ireland
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, building a strong regional pipeline
- Lead bids and proposals, working with technical specialists to develop compelling client solutions
- Develop account plans for strategic clients and identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling
- Monitor market trends, infrastructure investment and upcoming programmes to identify future opportunities
We are looking for an established infrastructure professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a leading role in building a new regional business.
You will ideally be operating at Associate Director level and looking for your next step, Director level with a strong track record of client management and business development.
Essential Experience:- Significant experience working within an infrastructure consultancy environment
- Proven experience in client account management and relationship development
- A strong track record of business development and winning new work
- Experience leading, developing and motivating high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the infrastructure sector and the Irish market
- Experience working across one or more of the following sectors: Rail, Transport or Water
- Professional experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Project Controls, Planning, Risk Management, Project Management or Cost Management
- Existing knowledge and understanding of the Irish infrastructure market
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The right to work in Ireland and the ability to be based in Dublin or Cork
