We Are Swim in the UK is seeking a dynamic regional learning and development lead to oversee course provision across our venues, driving recruitment, training and people development to support operational teams.

You will plan, deliver, and assess qualifications, mentor staff, ensure health and safety, equality, and quality standards, while travelling nationwide and working in a hybrid setup with head office collaboration.
