Regional Insurance Growth Executive

IDEX Consulting is seeking a Development Executive to join its expanding South West team, covering Exeter, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. This high-impact role focuses on generating and converting new business opportunities across commercial lines in a client-facing, relationship-driven environment.

You will build a robust pipeline through self-generated activity and company-provided leads, supported by tele-sales, referrals, marketing campaigns and data-led targeting tools.
