Regional HRBP: Multi-Site People Partner (Remote)

Oakleaf Partnership is looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join their team in SE England. The role involves supporting a client group of around 125 and engaging with senior executives to align HR strategies.

The ideal candidate will have multi-site HR experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong background in Employee Relations and the ability to use data effectively to coach line managers.

This position offers a base salary of £56,600, remote working flexibility, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
