Regional HR Manager (UK) - Remote & Strategic ER

The Adaptavist Group is seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead UK employee relations and provide strategic guidance to senior leaders. This remote-first, UK-wide role focuses on compliance, change management, and partnering with managers to drive people initiatives across our brands in the UK.

You will own UK HR processes, support cross-border projects, and manage at least one direct report, ensuring timely, fair outcomes and adherence to the ACAS Code and evolving UK law.
