Regional HR Generalist - Expert Employee Relations (Hybrid)

Calor Gas Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regional HR Generalist for a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026. Hybrid working from Coryton or Canvey Island, covering the South East and outskirts of London, with 2-3 on-site days.

You will lead employee relations across multiple locations, coaching managers and ensuring legal compliance while delivering practical HR solutions. This role emphasises ER expertise and stakeholder influence.
