Regional HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Client-Facing

Portfolio Group are seeking an ER focused HR professional to join its client facing team, comfortable handling sensitive employee issues and advising on difficult conversations. Day to day you will attend client sites to conduct disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal meetings, advise on investigations and settlements, and produce clear case summaries.
