Regional Head of Employee Relations - EMEAPAC

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Head of Employee Relations to drive the ER vision and strategy across the EMEAPAC region. This role involves providing strategic advice, developing ER policies, and monitoring ER cases with a focus on building strong relationships across the firm.

The ideal candidate should have relevant ER experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of managing complex relationships. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the Greater London area.
