Regional Grounds Maintenance Contract Manager

Ground Control is seeking a Contract Manager to own regional delivery of grounds maintenance across Cambridge, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Bedford and surrounding East Region areas. You will build strong client relationships and lead teams to deliver safe, high-quality service on schedule.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a proactive approach to problems and a clear focus on meeting SLAs and safety standards. A full UK driving licence is essential, with travel across the region expected.
